MINE ACTION UHRMAN GROUP undertakes all mine action-related activities on behalf of governments, non-profit organisations, and commercial clients. The list of activities previously undertaken include but are not limited to:

 UHRMAN GROUP provides tailored and cost-effective consultancy services. The start and end date of a consultancy contract will be agreed with the client on a case-by-case basis. Consultancy tasks, duration of project, travel expenses and final cost is agreed, and a consultancy contract is signed by both parties. A termination fee is a charge levied when a party wants to break the term of an agreement.

Full terms are specified in each contract prior to signing . Force majeure is a clause in contracts that frees parties from legal obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance occurs. If the consultancy contract is less than 30 days UHRMAN GROUP will invoice the client after the contract expires. If the consultancy contact is more than 30 days UHRMAN GROUP will invoice 50% of the total amount as a deposit payment at the beginning of a contract and the remaining 50% after the contract has been completed.

All invoices are billed in Euros (EUR) it is the client’s responsibility to cover all bank payment fees and transfer fees as required. Invoices shall be due and payable within seven (7) calendar days.
